2. Catering Quotes, Bookings & Cancellations

Submitting a catering enquiry through our website constitutes a request for a quote, not a confirmed booking. Bookings are finalized only once our team has verified kitchen capacity, confirmed menu requirements and pricing, and agreed on delivery details with you.

Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled delivery or collection time is required for any cancellations or significant order modifications, unless otherwise approved by management.

3. Menu & Allergen Information

While we make every effort to keep our menu PDFs and information accurate and up to date, prices, seasonal specials, and item availability may vary by location. Customers with severe food allergies must inform staff when ordering. Detailed allergen information is available on our downloadable menus and in-store.

4. Third-Party Ordering & Links

Our website provides links to external platforms (such as Deliveroo for delivery orders, Google Maps for directions, and social media channels). We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or terms of third-party platforms.
